Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembly Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team in assembling Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for Department of Defense customers. Your role will involve assembling electro-mechanical components and ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality. Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed. Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability. Essential Skills 2 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems. Mechanical aptitude and mechanical/electrical knowledge. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred. Why Work Here?
