Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students
across elementary, middle, and high school levels in Arlington, VA.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic
educational setting, providing essential speech and language
services to diverse student populations. Travel between multiple
school sites will be required, offering a varied and engaging
professional experience. Qualifications: Valid SLP certification
and licensure to practice in the state Experience working with
children at elementary, middle, and high school levels Strong
knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders Ability
to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with educators, parents, and students Flexibility and
willingness to travel between schools within the assigned district
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to
identify student needs Design and deliver targeted therapy
interventions to support communication development Monitor progress
and adjust therapy plans accordingly Collaborate with teachers,
administrators, and families to promote student success Maintain
accurate documentation of services and compliance with regulatory
requirements Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and
