Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: $42k base plus monthly
commision, expected total compensation is $60,000–$77,000 annually
Position Overview AutoStream is hiring an experienced Automotive
Service Advisor for a top-performing independent shop in Baltimore

This is a Monday–Friday opportunity with no weekend work , strong
base pay, and up to $35K/year in additional commission. You'll work
in a collaborative, customer-focused environment with clear

Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming,
professional experience Clearly communicate recommended services
and repair needs Prepare accurate estimates and explain repairs in
plain terms Maintain strong follow-up throughout the service
process Coordinate efficiently with technicians to manage workflow
Help meet shop sales goals while keeping customer trust front and
center Maintain accurate documentation using shop software
Qualifications 3 years of experience as an automotive service
advisor or service writer Strong communication and sales skills in
a shop setting High-level customer service mindset with a friendly,
professional demeanor Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast-paced environment Familiarity with shop management systems and
estimating software (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean
driving record Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Starting at
$42,000/year Commission: Up to an additional $35,000/year based on
performance Total earning potential: $60,000–$77,000 annually
