Job Description:
OPM firm seeks candidates for Clerk of the Works positions. The
positions are located in the Boston area. A Candidate’s background
should include experience providing quality assurance on
construction projects as Clerk of the Works, Resident Engineer or
Construction Inspector on Projects involving construction or
renovation of buildings; Residential projects such as multi-family
developments and university dormitories; Projects on college or
university campuses; Projects with multiple stakeholders; and
Large, complicated multi-year projects. Candidates should include
information about the projects on which they have worked including
the project scope, the candidate’s role, the project size, and the
project value. This information can be included in the candidate’s
resume or as a separate project list.
