Job Description Job Description HVAC Experienced Lead Installer:
No On-Call Required, make $120,000 - $150,000 after incentives
(COMMISSIONS ONLY), and flexible schedule with a potential 4 day
work week. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced HVAC Lead
Installers who will fit and understand our “family like” culture;

As a Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and
performing HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed
efficiently and to the highest standards. Appleton Campbell is a
Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Residential
Service Provider that specializes in providing the highest level of
workmanship and unmatched customer service in the Northern VA area.

Requirement: 2 Years of Residential Installation/Repair HVAC/Oil
Experience Excellent communication and customer service skills
Clean Driving Record Work involves exposure to unusual elements,
such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous
materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy
lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds.
