Job Description:

organization, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Services Support
Assistant to join our dynamic team in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia
region. This role is pivotal in facilitating smooth operations
within our emergency departments, ensuring efficient patient care
and support. The Emergency Services Support Assistant will work
closely with medical staff to manage patient flow, maintain
records, and assist with medical procedures. This position is ideal
for individuals passionate about healthcare excellence and patient
care. Coordinate patient admission, transfer, and discharge
processes efficiently. Assist medical staff with emergency room
preparations and medical procedures. Manage and update patient
records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Facilitate
communication between patients, family members, and medical
personnel. Handle administrative duties, including inventory
management and equipment checks. Assist in maintaining a clean and
organized work environment to comply with health and safety
standards. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with healthcare
information systems and databases. Ability to work in a fast-paced
and stressful environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR
certification. First Aid certification (preferred).
