Work requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs, and product line. Under limited supervision, performs a variety of semi routine administrative duties of moderate complexity requiring the exercise of some discretion and use of limited judgment and initiative. Performs duties such as maintaining complex files, keeping records, preparing schedules, compiling data for reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents, posting records and typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Uses common computer programs for word processing and spreadsheets, and may use databases and graphics and desktop publishing applications.This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster.Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm.Responsibilities

  • Provides direct internal and external customer service, interfacing with other departments to identify and resolve challenges to deliver quality customer service and or management information.
  • Manages routine processes in respective department or assigned by management.
  • Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments.
  • Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
  • Investigates assigned problems using established company or department policies and practices to determine method of research, data and information requirements and analysis techniques.
  • Prepares and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
  • Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, fax or other office machines.
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Does not apply at this level of education. (Required)Experience2 or more years Administration, customer service, word-processing, and personal computer. (Required)This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
