As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity by preparing and managing financial records, tracking assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other related financial activities. • Assist in maintaining the general ledger. - - - -
• Reconcile bank account feeds daily. - - - -
• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties. - - - -
• Execute general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents for various transactions. - - - -
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts. - - - -
• Provide assistance to outside auditors, gathering necessary account information and documents for annual audits. - - - -
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures. - - - -
• Perform other duties as assigned.What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of related accounting experience. - - - -
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - - - -
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - - - -
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - - - -
  • Solid knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting. - - - -
  • A strong understanding of and the ability to adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - - - -
  • Experience with NetSuite is a significant plus. - - - -
