As a Collection Requirements Manager, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps, prioritize information required to close them, and give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. You'll be responsible for tracking and managing collection requirements and support collection assessment efforts. The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience with supporting the ICExperience with identifying CM access points and methodsKnowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINTKnowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in dataAbility to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systemsAbility to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiativesActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examNice If You Have:Experience as a multi-intelligence CRMExperience with MatLab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or RAbility to brief senior defense and government officialsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompletion of DoD or IC collection management course

• 3+ years of experience with supporting the IC
• Experience with identifying CM access points and methods
• Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
