Collection Requirements Manager, you use your specialized
functional experience and your attention to detail to collaborate
across the IC to understand intelligence gaps, prioritize
information required to close them, and give your client the
actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong
analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an
opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders.As
an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll prioritize, establish,
and develop collection requirements. You'll be responsible for
tracking and managing collection requirements and support
collection assessment efforts. Your client will look to you for
time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.This is a

like intelligence disciplines and analytical requirements. You'll
share your expertise with other collection managers (CM) through
leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver

experience with supporting the ICExperience with identifying CM
access points and methodsKnowledge of CM requirements and
intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT,
or OSINTKnowledge of how to use available tools to search for
trends or anomalies in dataAbility to develop, plan, and coordinate
the deployment of CM systemsAbility to validate, coordinate, issue,
adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiativesActive
TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examNice If You
Have:Experience as a multi-intelligence CRMExperience with MatLab,
SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or RAbility to brief senior defense and
government officialsPossession of excellent verbal and written
communication skillsCompletion of DoD or IC collection management
course

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to
$141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting
